Return PoliciesSourcing House Limited returns policy provides the highest standards of service on the web. 1. Please give a specific fault description for the item supplied by Sourcing House Limited. The product will be tested for the specific fault described. 2. Please ensure that the RMA form is completed in full. 3. Once all the details have been received a returns authorisation number will be issued. This number is only valid for 7 days from date of issue. 4. The returned products must be clearly marked with the RMA number, with the original packaging and a copy of the returns form. Your return will also require extra packaging to protect the item whilst in transit to Sourcing House Limited 5. When returning for replacement, please return just the actual product without associated product only without accessories. 6. When returning products for credit please return as new, with all cables and manuals. Failure to comply will result in the rejection of your return and you will not be credited for your purchase. 7. Sourcing House Limited advises the use of a service which provides you with parcel tracking so that you have proof of delivery (POD) and cover of insurance. Liability for any items which are lost or damaged in transit will not be accepted by Sourcing House Limited. 8. Warranty periods apply from the date of invoice and vary from manufacturer to manufacturer (please check your warranty period terms & conditions). 9. Once the faulty product has been received, tested and the fault confirmed, it will be replaced as soon as possible subject to direct or nearest alternate replacement stock availability. 10. Please note for non-faulty items whereby credit or refund is requested, a 15% restocking fee incurred. 12. Sourcing House Limited reserves the right to reject any return for any reason. |
